Again, WAY unprofessional on the part of the manager. NO ONE should be scolding you, ever. That is NOT how issues are resolved. I've had this happen to me once and I threw it right back in the bitch's face right in front of the whole team. The whole office went silent as I raised my voice just as she had. She never attempted to scold me again. It gets easier as you get older to put these kinds of childish tactics in their place.
